Four 1-hour sessions - $200 - In-person at my home in Fair Oaks, CA. The most successful solutions through transition typically require more than one session, so I've created the 4-session package to keep individual session costs low! This is a perfect solution for steady engagement with the process and to sustain momentum as we move through discoveries. I will guide you in creating your own personalized foundation for self-care and healing so you can eventually do the work on your own. We can explore whatever healing modalities speak to you including: Meditation Guided Visualization & Imagery Mindfulness/Being More Present Journaling/Writing Personal Rituals Intuitive Flow/Somatic Journeying* Just plain old talkin'! *Note: Intuitive Flow/Somatic Journeying is a specialized practice that is only available in person. Learn more about this practice in our exploratory call. All new clients are required to complete a free 30-minute exploratory session so we can establish what modalities would be best to start with and what level we might begin at. If you haven't already done so, please book your exploratory session first by going back to my offerings page. Once you purchase your 4-session package, you will be able to self-book your first 1-hour appointment and you will be sent a confirmation and an appointment reminder a couple days prior. Your additional 3 sessions will be booked one-by-one at the end of each session.
