✦How can we use Alchemy? ✦

Emotions are energy moving through the body. If we can recognize the energy (using body and mind) we can transform that energy (using spirit) and release that energy out into the world.

In earth-based spirituality, the mission becomes to alchemize our energy for the betterment of ourselves, our relationships, the communities we live in and the world. We transform the energy with intention.

Our intuitive work becomes in recognizing and identifying what emotions come up for us as we move through our daily lives whether it be sadness, joy, grief, pleasure, amusement, excitement, shame, anger, and sometimes even hate.

You might be intuitive but may not know how to activate that intuition in a way you know you are called to do. Well, using alchemy as a foundational ritual may be your next step. Read on.

The new world needs women stepping up as influencers and we want to do it with integrity and from an honest place of love and wholeness. We use alchemy as a way of giving direction to our energy so that we might become influencers.

Alchemy requires a state of stillness and listening, whether that be alone or in circle. We can use ritual and meditation to relax our body and mind so we can prepare a foundation for alchemy.

As insights arise, we allow our spiritual self to guide us fearlessly through the insights. We may be led to some very dark places (i.e. hate, anger, shame) but we go willingly. This is where the fruit of alchemy and empowerment lie.

We alchemize for the purpose of bringing this new, more healed energy out into the world. We more easily recognize the wounds of others because we have been through the underworld and back.

Alchemy is a significant part of my spiritual foundation and personal practice and it does not come without frustration, confusion and pain. However, it is essential for becoming the integrated and empowered, whole woman I strive to be.
